Sport

Sport. Trains willpower, makes you overcome difficulties and constantly tests your mental strength. However, too often I hear people saying- "I don't have time for this. I'm not made for that." People's imagination has no limits, the same as for excuses. You don't have to be an athlete to receive all the benefits that sport brings. Twice as much energy, happiness, own well-being - just a few of the things that sport gives you back. And there are so many types of sports that it's hard to believe when someone says they don't like any of that. Do sports because you're fortunate enough, as some may not be able to do that. Love your strongest muscle, the heart, and take care of it in advance. And if you can, do it with people who share the same excitement. Do sports, because you CAN!
